In very rare occasions if the product is damaged during the shipping process ,please drop us an email at buibuicandles@gmail.com within 3 working days upon receiving the order with photos of the damaged item and order number . We will work with you to resolve the issue.
We will provide instructions for you to mail us the damaged or wrong items back. Please make sure items are in their original packaging and unused. Once we get ahold of the items, we will then proceed to mail the replacement out and reimburse your postage / shipping fees .
